I finally finished altering the mini Maya Road Lunch Pails for Connor’s preschool teachers this week. You really can’t tell from these photos but it took me quite a while to take them apart (remove the handles) paint around the edges with my Making Memories metallic glaze paints and then add the paper, wrap the ribbon and add the handles back on. They look pretty simple but overall it was a lot of assembly and drying time. I also stamped on the tags and added glitter to the die cut snowflakes.
Now that I have them finished I just have to decide what to put in them. I am open to suggestions so feel free to give me ideas on what a preschool teacher would like to receive (just make sure I can fit it in this small lunch tin)

these are fantastic! What a great gift! As for what to put in there, how about a gc and fill the rest with mints or chocolates.
CUTE!!!! I’d put a g.c. in there, some chocolates, or perhaps some Yankee tealite candles?
